QueryPad Terms of Use

QueryPad is licensed, not sold, to you by Eonix (Pvt) Ltd ("we") through the Apple App Store.

1. Licence agreement

Your use of QueryPad is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which is incorporated into these terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails. We, not Apple, are responsible for QueryPad and its content.

2. QueryPad Pro

• QueryPad Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase in your local currency.
• Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible customers. When the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• A purchase unlocks Pro on your iPhone, iPad and Mac using the same Apple Account. The lifetime purchase includes every QueryPad 1.x update.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the databases, servers and credentials you connect to, and for having permission to access and modify them.
• QueryPad executes the SQL you run and the data edits you apply. Review generated statements before applying them, especially on production systems. Keep backups of your data.
• Do not use QueryPad to access systems without authorization or to violate any law.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryPad is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, corruption or unintended changes resulting from queries or edits you execute, or for downtime of third-party servers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

6. Changes and contact
